Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Target population residing in Manipal. Age 25-35 years. Target population must be studying or working. Individuals showing willingness to participate in our study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are on any sleep medications Psychiatric disorders. Patients who are immunocompromised, suffering from terminal illness like HIV, cancer or those who are under any medical treatments.
