Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria • Strictures >2cm involving bulbar urethra, >1 cm involving penile urethra • Patients requiring repeated internal urethrotomy or dilatations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria • Periurethral phlegmon, • Multiple urethrocutaneous fistula • Scarred perineum. • Severe oral cavity infection • Mucosal ulceration • Mucosal fibrosis • Mucosal white or red patches • Circumscised or unhealthy/unavailable preputial skin
