Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The TN cases included will be based according to the international headache classification: paroxymal unilateral pain triggered in the anatomical region of the trigeminal nerve without any sensory ormotor focal symptoms in this region.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded from the study will be the patients with other neurological diseases, severe psychological diseases, serious chronic diseases, such as ischemic heart disease, pulmonary emphysema, and those with history of severe drug allergy. We also excluded patients treated with orally anaesthetics, allergy to vitamin C.
