Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People in the age group between 60-85 years are included. 2. The subjects must be able to communicate and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People below 60 years and above 85 years. 2. Patients that are immunocompromised, suffering from terminal illnesses like HIV, cancer or those who are under medical treatment are excluded. 3. People who are critically ill. 4. People who are bedridden. 5. People who are on ileostomy and colostomy as their way of defecation are different. 6. The older adults on enteral feeding are being excluded because they only consume fluid. 7. Fluid and dietary restriction subjects will be excluded as increase chance of passing hard or lumpy stools.
