Interventions

Intervention1: Group A- SEEG Group: Stereoencephalography (SEEG) followed by definitive surgery. SEEG electrodes placement will be done under general anesthesia at the hypothesised zone of epileptogen

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Drug resistant epilepsy 2. Presence of subtle MRI lesions 3. Concordance with non invasive investigations including clinical semiology, video EEG, Ictal Single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT), Positron emission tomography (PET) and Magnetoencephalography (MEG)
