Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Uncomplicated cases with classical signs and symptoms of the pandu will be randomly selected,Like -Shrama,Daurbalya,Bhrama,Shwasa,Pindikodweshtan. 2.Hb- 3.Serum Ferritine-male: <24ng/ml,Female: <12ng/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hb- 2.Pregnant and Lactating women. 3.Anaemia with Cardiac complications,Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,Renal disorder,Acute and chronic blood loss,Bleeding disorders,Hemoglobinopathies and Malignancy. 4.Anaemia in case of defective absorption conditions like patients of Gastrectomy,Gastrojejunostomy,Sprue syndrome,etc 5.Genetic disorder
