Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult ASA i-ii patients undergoing major surgeries and consenting for tjhe same will be included
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Non consenting, severe uncontrolled comorbidity of any kind.

| To compare the difference between conventional and Goal directed therapies on the post-operative length of mechanical ventilation, ICU , hospital stay, QOL and and 30 day mortality in patients undergoing major surgeries. To compare the SCvO2, DCO2 levels separately in relation to primary outcomes. To compare PCvCO2-PaCO2/PaO2-PCvO2 in both groups and its relationship with primary outcome.
