Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infertile couples undergoing IVF/ICSI with their own gametes 2. Age above 20 years 3. Willing to provide valid written informed consent 4. Antagonist protocol 5. rhCG ovulation trigger 6. Fresh embryo transfer with at least one embryo available for transfer, with not more than 3 embryos transferred at a time, with their consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 40 years 2. Women on GnRH agonist therapy for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation 3. Prior history of recurrent implantation failure 4. Patients at a high risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) 5. Patients with hydrosalpinx / other uterine anatomical abnormalities (bicornuate uterus, septate uterus etc.)
