Intervention1: DASHMOOL GHRITHA: 15 ml Two times a day after food for 15 days. Control Intervention1: TALISADI CHURNA: 4 gm 3 times a day after food for 15 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Both male and female patients attending the Pranada and Kayac 2 Patient aged between 18 - 70 yrs 3 Patient fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Vataja, Pittaja 4 Patients willing to participate with written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Kashyaja Kasa and Kashtaja Kasa 2 Known cases of Diabetes mellitus and Uncontrolled Hypertensio 3 Pregnant and lactating mother 4 Patients with active malignancies 5 Known cases of Tuberculosis, Interstial Lung Disease, Sarcoid 6 history of hypersensitivity to the trial drug or any of its ingredient
