Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-Yoga Performing Subjects who can practice Yoga for 6 months after initial sample collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any intake of probiotics or antibiotics/ antifungals/ antivirals/painkillers within one month prior to sample collection, 2. Primary gastrointestinal pathology, 3. If any history of concurrent acute/ chronic medical illness
