Control Intervention1: Injection ondansetron intravenous: 0.1mg/kg diluted with normal saline to make total volume of 10ml

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASAIand II patients posted for surgery to be done under spinal anaesthesia those who are willing to consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASAIII IV, contraindications to spinal anaesthesia, contraindications to ondansetron, parturients, chronic alcoholic, uncontrolled hypertension, morbidly obese, allergic to local anaesthetic used in the study

| Vitals including MAP, HR, SPO2 will recorded at 2 minutes interval upto 20 minutes and then every 5 minutes interval till completion of the surgery.
