Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 12 years 2. Presence of erupted first and second molar. 3. Presence of erupted upper second premolar

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient Using antibiotic or analgesic 2 Pregnant or breastfeeding patients 3 Systemic disease. 4 Contra indication for NSAID users. 5 If patient undergone any type of surgical procedure during the preceding 2 week. • Presence of treated or untreated apical bone lesion.
