Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.1st and 2nd year Undergraduate Nursing students 2.Healthy female candidate 3.Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Students who were diagnosed with severe neurological or psychiatric illness 2.Students with high level of stress requiring counselling or drugs 3.Students receiving treatment for hormonal imbalance 4.Recently underwent surgical intervention 5.Regularly practicing yoga
