Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Females in the age group of 18 to 25 years. (2)Participants with the presence of forward head posture with a craniovertebral angle between 37-57 degrees. (3) Participants with visible buffalo hump protuberance in the suprascapular region (4) Participants with or without neck pain. (5) Participants volunteering to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any history of tumours and infection of the vertebrae. (2) History of fractures and any recent surgeries of the cervical and Thoracic spine within the past 6 months. (3) Pregnant women. (4) Severe psychiatric illness, neurological or cognitive impaired individuals. (5) A person having vestibular disorders. (6) patients s who cannot tolerate supine; prone lying position. (7) History of cardiovascular diseases. (8) Clinical signs and symptoms of spinal cord compression.
