Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18-25years of both genders. Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major psychological disorders like schizophrenia. ï?· Substance abuse.

MeasureTime frame
primarily through survey using social media addiction scale(SMAS) will diagnose the subjects who are addicted and selected for the study. they will be treated with the scheduled psychotherapy (satvavajaya chikitsa). In a phased manner. after these again the subjects will be given SMAS for assessment.Timepoint: satvavajaya chikitsa for individual will weekly session for a period of one month
