Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of common sports injuries Immediately after fall or within 7 days of fall Either of sex Age varies from 10 â?? 60 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis, malignant wounds, bleeding disorders. Fracture with partial or complete displacement, deformity of joints. Age below 10 above 60 of years. RTA with Head injuries and MLC.
