Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. are women living with a mental disorder 2. have experienced homelessness 3. have a duration of more than 1 year of stay at either of The Banyan’s institutional spaces 4. may require long-term care due to nature of illness and degree of disability or are unable to or choose not to go back to family of origin/original habitat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? acute care needs on account of physical or mental health at the time of enrollment
