Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients fulfilling case definition of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. 2. All the patients presenting with symptoms of DM. 3. Patients of both sexes & all ages. 4. Patients suffering from Type 2 DM, willing to participate and taking treatment regularly and co-operating for regular follow-up had been included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients not fulfilling the case definition of Type 2 DM. 2. Patients who require emergency medical intervention. 3. Patient without written consent. 4. Patient with severe complication of Diabetes mellitus. 5. Patients having complication which require surgical management. 6. Immune-compromised patients. 7. Patients who not take medicine & follow up properly and not follow advice, diet and regimen

1. To determine the feasibility in evaluating the effect of homoeopathy on impaired glucose regulation. 2. To evaluate the mean change in blood sugar level after administration of homoeopathic medicines Gymnema Sylvestre Q along with life style modification (LSM) compared to Syzygium Jambolanum Q with LSM according to routine method 3.
