Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having signs and symptoms of fibroadenoma of breast (Stana-granthi).(Round with distinct borders, Easily moved, firm or rubbery, painless). 2.Female patients aged between 18 â?? 80 years 3.Size of fibroadenoma selected >6CM 4.Simple fibroadenoma has been selected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients Age BETWEEN 80 years 2)Patients with evidence of malignancy 3)Uncontrolled DM and HTN 4)Suffering from major systemic illness DISEASE 5)Lactating mother 6)Size of Fibroadenoma >6cm • Complex fibroadenoma ( epithelial calcification ,apocrine metaplacia, sclerosing adenosis and cysts >3cm)
