Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Coronary angiography demonstrated multivessel coronary artery disease 2.Impaired LV function EF 3.Informed consent 4.Age >18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute coronary syndrome 2.NYHA Class III/IV angina 3.Left main coronary artery disease 4.Contraindications to CMR 5.Contraindications to Gadolinium contrast 6.Comorbidities that would likely affect survival over the study duration. 7.Non-cardiac illness imposing substantial operative mortality 8.Already identified to be unsuitable for revascularization 9.Requiring emergency revascularization 10.With severe valvular disease that required surgery. 11.Other conditions/circumstances likely to lead to poor treatment adherence (e.g., history of poor compliance, alcohol or drug dependency, psychiatric illness, no fixed abode)
