Health Condition 1: K088- Other specified disorders of teethand supporting structures Health Condition 2: null- patients with teeth of Millers grade III mobility or grade II mobility and poor prognosis which are indicated for extraction.

Intervention1: curcumin gel (0.001%): 0.001% curcumin gel will be placed in the site of extraction and socket preservation. The amount of gel to be placed will depend on the depth of the socket. This

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. all subjects willing to participate in the study or undergo the treatment procedure 2. teeth with millers grade III mobility or teeth with millers grade II mobility with poor prognosis and indicated for extraction 3. all the patients should be systemically healthy 4. should not be under any medications for the past six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to participate in the study or undergo the treatment procedure 2. Smokers and alcoholic patients. 3. Pregnant and lactating mothers. 4. Subjects on any medication taken within the last 6 months. 5. Patients with any systemic disease
