Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Naturally conceived pregnant women who is attending Kasturba Hospital, Manipal Manipal Academy of Higher Education, during 2nd or 3rd trimester with request for blood investigation and showed abnormal glucose challenge test and or glucose tolerance test (GTT) Group 2: Naturally conceived pregnant women who is attending Kasturba Hospital, Manipal Manipal Academy of Higher Education, during 2nd or 3rd trimester with request for blood investigation and showed normal glucose challenge test and or glucose tolerance test (GTT)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women with: 1. Multiple pregnancy (more than 3) 2. Known diabetes mellitus, Chromosomal abnormalities, inherited metabolic diseases, thyroid diseases before pregnancy
