Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Musculoskeletal pain for >=3 months; MMSE ( >23) Geriatric Depression scale ( Ability to read, write and understand local Gujarati, Hindi or English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ongoing physiotherapy treatment for injury/illness; Subjects having any Medical/ Neurological or Cardio Respiratory Conditions which restricts participation Subjects with recent fractures / trauma Any diagnosed Psychiatric illness / cognitive impairment Elderly confined to bed
