Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: More than 20 degree Active knee extension loss with hip in 90 degree Flexion in Active knee extension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with past surgical history of the hip and knee joints. History of radiating symptoms in the lower limb. History of recent injury to the hamstrings or quadriceps muscle group in the past 6 months. History of lower limb fracture in the past 2 years. History of joint inflammatory conditions of the Hip and the Knee. Individuals with bleeding or clotting disorders. Subjects with a history of low back pain.
