Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 21-50 years. Patients with signs and symptoms of klaibya. Patients with Impotency fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria of IIEF-5. Willing to give consent for participating in the study. Shukrakshayajanya , Manasika, Pittaja and Dwajabhanga klaibya will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with K/C/O BPH. Patients with other major systematic disorders which interfere with the treatment will be excluded. Diagnosed case of Pyeronies disease. Patients with congenital anomalies genitalia. K/C/O Sexually transmitted diseases
