Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Radical intent, completed planned chemotherapy, biopsy proven 2.Age- 15- 60 years 3.Hodgkinâ??s lymphoma & Diffuse large B cell Lymphoma planned for mediastinal RT 4.Patient able to understand and comply with the procedures and a signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Palliative intent. 2.COPD patients & young children who are non-compliant

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical , biochemical and functional morbiditiesTimepoint: Every 3 Months for one year and then every 6 months for 3 years and then yearly for till 14 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Dosimetric Endpoint: 2.Incidence of Pulmonary function test changes/ radiation induced pneumonitis. 3.Incidence of Thyroid Function abnormalities. 4.Incidence of Radiation induced Second cancer if any. Timepoint: Every 3 Months for one year and then every 6 months for 3 years and then yearly for till 14 years
