Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ulceration in oral cavity running nose fever pallor coated tongue polydipsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: above 12 years otitis media sinusitis oral ulcer may be due to cancerous growth acute catarrhal rhinitis
