Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed as mCRPC with rising PSA levels and for whom physician has already decided to initiate abiraterone alone or in combination with other drug 2. Men >= 18 years of age 3. ECOG performance status ï?£ 2 4. Patientâ??s tumour (primary or metastatic sites) must be amenable to a fresh tumour biopsy sampling using surgical/excision biopsy or core biopsy, so that CANscript can be performed. Decision to perform biopsy will be outside the study protocol and as per routine clinical decision by treating physician 5. Patient willing to provide written informed consent for study participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has any medical condition, which in the opinion of the investigator places the patient at an unacceptably high risk for study related procedures
