Intervention1: dexmedetomidine: Group D: Patient received loading dose of dexmedetomidine 1 mcq/kg diluted in 100ml 0.9% normal saline over 10 minutes IV. than maintenance of dexmedetomidine 0.5mcq/kg

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients belonging to ASA Grade II & III 2. Patients undergoing elective off pump CABG

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s age > 75 yr 2. ASA grade I & IV 3. BMI > 30kg/m2 4. Ejection Fraction 5. Left Main Coronary Artery occlusion > 50 % 6. Valvular dysfunction 7. Preoperative LBBB 8. Severe systemic disorder like IDDM, kidney or liver insufficiency and severe respiratory disorder. 9. Intubation attempt lasting longer than 20 seconds or difficult intubation.
