Intervention1: Shatapushpadi Upanaha: in this group A patients will be treated with Shatapushpadi Upnaha locally on knee joint for total 14 days with 1 week interval. Control Intervention1: Devadaruba

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata (OA) like Sandhishula Sandhishotha Akunchanprassarne vedana Patients of either sex age between 30 to 70 years will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 30 years and above 70 years of age Patients suffering from Gout, Rheumatoid arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE), Bone TB, diabetes, Psoriatic arthritis and other serious systemic disorders will be excluded
