Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists Class 1, Patients undergoing elective craniotomy and excision for supratentorial tumors at AIIMS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of any neurological or vascular disease, syncope, dizziness, seizure or loss of consciousness, anticipated difficult airway, previous intracranial surgery, presence of impaired cerebral autoregulation and those unable or unwilling to give a written informed consent
