Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy individuals. 2. Individuals under category 2 of international physical activity questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with history of major lower limb or back injury. 2.Individuals with neurological conditions affecting lower limbs (e.g. Peripheralneuropathy) 3.Individuals with diabetes or cardiovascular diseases. 4.Individuals who play sports on a daily basis.

1) hamstring and quadriceps tightness in degree. 2) Muscle strength by Micro-fet Dynamometer 3) tenderness scale 4) VAS scale for fatigue while performing sit to standTimepoint: 6 time points 3 assessments for 3 consecutive days. 3 assessments for 3 consecutive days post 4 weeks.
