Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients of either gender (male/female) between the age group of 40-80 years. 2) Patients operated for lumbar disc herniation, lumbar canal stenosis and spondylolisthesis (Lumbar Degenerative Diseases). 3) Patients who have fear of movement on Fear Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire (FABQ) post operatively. 4) Patients having moderate to severe pain on Visual Analogue Scale. 5) Patients who agree to sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Lumbar spine surgery secondary to tumor, trauma and infection. 2) Lumbar spine fusion surgeries. 3) Patients re operated for lumbar degenerative diseases. 4) Patients who are unable to follow the instructions for motor imagery. 5) Subjects not willing to participate.
