Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder pain at least for 1 month and not more than 12 months. 2. Restriction of active and passive movements of shoulder, with abduction and flexion not > 90 degree and external rotation not >30 degree. 3. Shoulder pain in night with difficulty to lie on that side
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. If patient has received any prior treatment for the same condition. 2. History of any shoulder injury and surgery in affected side. 3. If evidence of cervical radiculopathy,paresis or neurological disease 4. Evidence of fracture and arthritic changes in shoulder 5. Increased ESR and CRP (C-reactive protein) 6. Painful arc between 40 degree and 120 degree of abduction (to exclude rotator cuff disease) 7. Pregnancy, Malignancy, Pace Maker or severe cardio-respiratory disease. 8. Known psychiatric illness 9. Any contraindication to USG guided nerve blocks 10. Bilateral shoulder pain
