Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical features of Bhadirya. Mild to moderate hearing loss 26 to 40 db and 41 to 55 db Age group 18 to 60 years Irrespective of sex occupation Controlled diabetic patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infective diseases like Encephalitis Herpes Mumps Systemic disorders like uncontrolled DM HTN Known case of aural tumours polyps etc CSOM TM perforation
