Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all patients undergoing SSPPD for benign and malignant disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: locally advanced disease not amenable for resection refused consent large lymph nodes in subpyloric and suprapyloric region requiring a classical whipples
