Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female diagnosed with mechanical low back pain. Duration of symptoms for more than 12 weeks. Participants who are willing to give consent. VAS less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any respiratory and cardiovascular pathology. Subjects with mental disorder Acute low back pain Tumour Fracture Hypertension Radiating low back pain
