Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals between the age group of 20 to 60 years fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of GAD (DSM V) 2. Either sex
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Laxana of Unmada (co-morbid psychiatric disorders) 2. Psychotropic drugs four weeks prior to study 3. Patients with substance abuse like alcohol etc. 4. Patients with significant depression (BDI >17) 5. The patients with any other medical complications (Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus 6. Female patients who are pregnant and lactating
