Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi 2.SLR test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 60 years. 2.Major traumatic injury. 3.Bone tumour. 4.CA Spine. 5.Tuberculosis of vertebral column. 6.Fibrosis of sacra ligaments. 7.Severe radio logical changes 8.Case which require surgical intervention. Pregnancy 9.Patient suffering from uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,cardio vascular diseases and any other systemic disorders.
