Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with known type 2 diabetes 2)Duration more than 1 month 3)Age <= 65 years 4) of either sex 5)Treated as outdoor patients 6)Taking regular treatment7)known glycaemic control reports 8)Ready to give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age > 65 years 2)Subjects with known H/O Stroke or CAD 3) Abnormal pulse recording 4)Fever, Infection, pregnancy, Sternous exercise 5)Cancer 6)Indoor patient 7)Taking Insulin 8)Do not give informed consent9)Not having current glycaemic control reports 10)Taking irregular treatment
