Inclusion criteria: Patients with Primary Osteoarthritis- knee joints ( single or both knees) Kellgren Lawrence (Radiological scale) of e"2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age is less than 40 years Patients with potts sign Patients with skin Allergies/Skin diseases Patients with Metalic implants Bed ridden Patients
