Health Condition 1: M628- Other specified disorders of muscle Health Condition 2: null- pelvic crossed syndrome with low back pain

Interventions

Intervention1: sciatic nerve neurodynamic SNAGs with conventional therapy: hot moist pack will be given for the low back for 15 minutes. The conventional exercises will be given in the same sequence.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with pelvic crossed syndrome and recurrent low back pain within a duration of more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any pre-existing cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine pathology, recent spinal or lower limb trauma or surgery, spasms in the spinal or lower limb muscles, congenital spinal or lower limb abnormality, any pre-existing neurological deficits, strength of less than MRC grade 3 of manual muscle testing, lower limb radiculopathy, pregnancy
