Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients suffering from osteoarthritis knee for more than 3 months K-L grade 2 or 3 VAS score more than 5 failure of exercise and oral analgesics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no previous steroid or visscosupplementation bleeding diathesis no preceding trauma within 6 months at injection site
