Inclusion criteria: subjects who are willing to give data subject who are attending kuzhandhai maruthuvam OPD/IPD At national institute of siddha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: informant who is not care taking of the children subjects with cerebral palsy of age below 2yrs and above 12 yrs
