Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1 and 2 pateints undergoing elective total knee arthroplasty under combined spinal epidural anaesthesia 2. Valid Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA 3 and above 2. Patients who have received sedation or general anaesthesia during the surgery
