Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years of age diagnosed to have Renal Calculus Disease by non contrast CT by the clinician with stone size more than 1 cm, who is undergoing PCNL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). All patients below 18 years age. 2). All patients with stone size less than 1 cm. 3). Patients with stone migrated from the upper ureter into the pelvis when URSL done as a primary procedure. 4). Second stage PCNL. 5). Nephrostomy or Ureteric stent in-situ patients.

To predict PCNL outcome in terms of stone free status by using STONE score.Timepoint: 1st January 2019

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate STONE score in predicting 1.Perioperative complications Operative time 2. Fluoroscopy time Length of stay To stratify patients into risk groups based on STONE score system. Timepoint: 6 months
