Exclusion criteria: 1) Glasgow coma scale 2) Age <18

SECONDARY OBJECTIVE 1) To examine the relationship between emergence delirium and post-operative delirium 2) To identify peri-operative risk factors of delirium 3) To find out the incidence of post-operative cognitive dysfunction in patients who developed ED and or POD Timepoint: Upto 3 days postoperatively and at 3 months
