Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral Sensorineural Hearing Loss (other ear being normal) based on PTA Individuals without any previous history of ear discharge and normal tympanic membrane on otoendoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with conductive HL, mixed HL, and bilateral SNHL Age USNHL with other ear not being normal (i.e., having conductive/mixed HL) operated ear
