Inclusion criteria: Patients > 18 yrs of age Patients admitted to ICU- Mixed ICU including medical and surgical patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Readmission- Patients admitted to ICU will be followed up for 1 week 2. Terminally ill patients
