Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >18 yrs, admitted in ICU from emergency and has received initial fluid therapy 2. Included within 24 hrs of hospital admission Mixed ICU, including surgical and medical patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with terminal illness, malignancy, 2.Patients transferred from other hospital care facility
